2. Ability to follow national and international developments in the field of Political Science and Public Administration, to learn, reason, analyze and transfer the theories.
3. Ability to easily adapt to the innovations required by legal, economic and political developments affecting public policies at global, national and local level by adhering to professional ethical rules.
4. Ability to identify, define, data collection, analyze and interpret social, economic and political problems and to apply appropriate scientific methods specific to these purposes.
5. Ability to take charge and work individually effectively in intra-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary teams.
6. Awareness of the necessity of lifelong learning, ability to access information, to follow developments in science and technology, and to constantly renew itself.
