Within the scope of ERASMUS + KA171, Prof. Dr. Halil KANADIKIRIK was invited as a speaker to the conference titled “Current Issues in Public Administration” held at the Center for Public Administration Studies of the University of Havana, partner institution, on May 19 and gave a speech on the structural transformation of public administration in the process of Ottoman-Turkish modernization. The conference was organized on the initiative of Marianela Constanten Macías, Director of International Projects and Grants at the University of Havana and organized by Prof. Noris Tamayo Pineda, Director of the Center.
